Lake Mary Rotarian, Mark Hendelson, retired in 2023 after a 38 year career working for the Social Security Administration. His entire career had him on the front lines working daily with our seniors and the disabled. He worked as an educator and social worker, explaining our complex Social Security, Medicare, and Disability programs. I
He also had the opportunity to do community outreach hosting seminars for businesses, civic organizations, and government agencies on all topics relating to both Social Security and Medicare.
His interests include traveling, long distance running(having completed over 50 marathons), and rooting on his beloved Gators. I am a fellow Rotarian with the Lake Mary club.
