January 8: Lance Lyttle, CEO Greater Orlando Aviation Authority



The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Board named Lance Lyttle as the Chief Executive Officer of The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Board effective in April of 2025. He oversees the operations at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. Prior to coming to Orlando Lyttle, was the Managing Director of Aviation for Seattle-Tacoma Airport.


As the new CEO he will lead the multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program aimed at enhancing both airports as key economic and transportation hubs for Central Florida.


Lyttle, launched his aviation career in 1999 at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport as Chief Information Officer, and has held leadership roles in major U.S. airports, including Houston and Seattle.



He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and computer science and a master’s degree in management information from the University of the West Indies.

Orlando International Airport, one of the nation’s top 10 busiest airports, serves more than 57 million passengers annually, while Orlando Executive Airport provides critical general aviation access to the region.


Tester grew up in the convention industry. His father operated destination marketing organizations and later, conventions and trade shows. Tester earned a B.A. in Communication from Purdue University and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and granddaughters.
