September 10: Dr. Cameron Ford Founder, Executive Director, The UCF Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership

Dr Cameron Ford founded the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, established the Blackstone LaunchPad at UCF, and conceived and implemented almost all of UCF’s academic entrepreneurship offerings. These initiatives engage thousands of UCF students annually across campus to learn entrepreneurial skills, explore the power of their ideas, and increase their professional impact. Hes latest undertaking is expanding and improving entrepreneurship education opportunities throughout Florida and across the nation by contributing to the Blackstone LaunchPad program.

Ford’s research has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Applied Behavioral

Science, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
