Dave Giordano is the Sr. Director for Recruiting and Job Placement for the Accelerated Skills Training Programs at Valencia College. He and his Team are responsible for going out into the community to do outreach and recruiting toward individuals who are looking for skills training that lead into new careers. Additionally, Dave works with all community partners to help provide services and opportunities for individuals in the Greater Orlando area. Utilizing a case management approach, Dave and his Team work with each person to help them determine the right career pathway that will allow personal growth and financial stability.
Dave is married to Diane and has two adult daughters. Dave received his Bachelors in Business Administration Management from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. For fun, Dave likes to work in his yard, run and watch most sporting events, enjoys UCF Football and spending time with his family and friends.
