 Greg Bond is a business owner, property manager, real estate broker, and insightful real estate investor, he has a keen eye for valuable opportunities in a variety of sectors. This includes investments in single-family homes, industrial spaces, self-storage units, and assisted living facilities . Notably, since 2009, he has renovated over 300 homes in Central Florida, demonstrating not just his commitment but also his capability in enhancing property values.

 

Greg's savvy extends into sophisticated tax planning, where he utilizes Self Directed Retirement Accounts, 1031 Exchanges, Opportunity Zones, and Cost Segregation Studies to maximize tax efficiency for his investments.

 

Greg has served with honor in the United States Air Force, illustrating his dedication to service and discipline. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Michigan State University and an Associate of Science in Aviation from Lansing Community College.

 

His leadership qualities and financial wisdom have been acknowledged through his role as Treasurer of the Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI), a prominent trade organization in Orlando, where he made significant contributions over five years. Moreover, Greg's dedication to community service and moral principles shines through his 25 years as a Children’s Sunday School teacher and 17 years as an Elder at Vista Community Church, highlighting his commitment to making a positive impact both in business and the personal life’s of others.

 

Greg has been married for 36 years to his wife Jane and they have two grown children.
